The Advantages of Digital Printing
Digital printing is the perfect alternative to Litho. Because of its many advantages over the traditional print method, Digital is rapidly becoming the first choice for most small run print jobs. As the process needs no drying time and no plates giving you all the advantages of speed and cost.
With Digital print, you can print just one copy or you can print thousands.
Choosing this method is much quicker as it has minimal set up and your job can be printed in hours rather than days. We have invested heavily in the last few years in all the latest digital presses ranging from Konica Minolta Bizhub and Xerox Colour Presses, giving you the best quality available. All our digital presses are run by printers with the knowledge of the printing process, giving you the quality you deserve.
Lithographic Printing
The Advantages of Litho Printing
Whilst digital printing may be the latest and cheapest method, litho allows a much larger
range of colours than digital printing, using Pantone colours as well as fluorescent and metallic inks. Litho set up costs are more than digital as it uses plates but these can be stored and re used helping with repeat work and larger runs as this would be more cost effective. You can also use a variety of paper and thickness that digital presses can not offer, plus more colour choices.
